I'm back from Author Nation 2024! Las Vegas was a blast for this newbie indie author. I met some great people and had times I won't forget. I thought I was smart to send off my November newsletter before I left, but it was never sent, and I've just discovered it sitting there. Instead, I'll be combining the November/December letter in one. Something I heard from many speakers was to stay calm about the learning curve because there will always be bumps to navigate while finding your way. This backdrop is a photo of the  Le Vanderpump, the restaurant attached to the Horseshoe where the conference was held.  Oooo, la laaaa! Our waiter was French and did all the fancy French waiter things!

Since returning, I have so many things to check off my author to-do list, but the holidays are here, and it's time for family and friends, so I'll light a candle when I need to mellow out and bake something special.
